I have a newish Adkins Studio single Mug Press bought from xpres earlier this year. Its printed just 290 mugs. This afternoon I switched it on as I need to print 100 mugs by Tuesday. The bloody thing won't heat up, its not been moved since the last time it was used (about 3 weeks ago) I switch it on. everything lights up as normal. I press the red start stop switch and the 'temp rising' light above it flashes as it should. Except, it does not heat up, just sits there displaying the room temp.
Anyone know what might be wrong? Thanks

Spoke to Xpres, who said speak to Adkins.
Adkins were great, diagnosed a problem with the blanket. Went on to tell me how delicate they were. Always use the lightest pressure possible and take care with any mugs that have ridges or flutes as these can dig in and break the element. This reminded me of the last job I did, it was one of those beer steins, they have ridges and I think I may have had the press too tight. Hopefully the replacement will be here this morning and I can get my mugs done before the last post
