Need a little help

Hello, I want to know how to import a photo from an Iphone 4, into my PC without internet connection.I have plugged the phone into my PC and it want to download all of the pictures from the phone. I have tried another phone not MAC and it seems to be able to import/open. Any and all suggestions accepted.

with iPhone you will get iTunes want to download all content for you but you also should have disk appear in your system that will let you download your private photos one by one only.

Hi Mike,

Paul's right, when you plug it into your PC your iphone should just appear as a regular removable USB drive (no need for itunes), navigate down a couple of folders and your photos should all appear, no internet required.
