Re: does anyone use Xpres coasters?
Hi all,
just a quick question, wondering does anybody use Xpres 90mm coasters? These ones to be precise.
I've been using the 95mm Unisub ones that BMS had for a while, but they are gone now, and the 90mm ones are also out of stock at the minute.
Does anyone know if the Xpres ones are actually unbranded Unisub? Some of their products (door plaques, hangers, etc) seem to be exactly the same as Unisub, but without the branding. Failing that, does anyone know if they print at decent quality...have always really liked the quality of Unisub stuff.
Thanks in advance for any replies!

I've always used these from Xpres and they've always been Unisub...that said, they don't list them as Unisub anymore so may be worth a quick call

Thanks for that Justin, I think your right that a quick call might be best!Justin;86915 wrote:I've always used these from Xpres and they've always been Unisub...that said, they don't list them as Unisub anymore so may be worth a quick call
I think it might be like their mugs, that don't say what coating is on them, although I was told before they are Orca.

Re: does anyone use Xpres coasters?
While on the topic actually, has anyone used the Xpres 5013 mugs? Wondering what they are like in comparison to BMS european mugs, which I've always found better then any other suppliers, but I haven't tried Xpres mugs yet. Would ideally like to get as much of our product as possible from one supplier, to alleviate money spent on shipping costs, plus the Xpres discounts are quite good.

9cm Xpres coasters from Xpres or BMS are very good. Print quality is as good as you get.
The mugs from Xpres are similar standards as most of the others about.

Thanks for the input Andrew. I think we might stick with BMS for the mugs as I reckon the few quid in the difference is worth it to know exactly what we are getting every time! The coasters however, I think I might try the Xpres ones...especially if they confirm they are Unisub!
Re: does anyone use Xpres coasters?
Unless changed, the Xpres mugs are made by Raja and are Rhino coating.

Thanks pisquee...may be worth a try so, as I'm extremely happy with the RN coating from BMS. It was the Xpres smug mugs that I was told were Orca coated (about 5 months ago now), so perhaps they are from a different manufacturer.pisquee;86929 wrote:Unless changed, the Xpres mugs are made by Raja and are Rhino coating.

Xpres started getting mug supply from China as well as Thailand a couple of years ago. I was told they will be supplying only Chinese versions of the Wycombe ongoing. Most mainstream suppliers with decent reputations have comparable mugs imo.

Hi all,
Our coasters are indeed the Unisub coasters manufactured by Universal Woods. The 5013 is a unique mug and coating to ourselves. We took the best features from a variety of mugs and created what we felt was the ultimate!
Spongebob, if you would like to try some of our mugs, please get in touch.
