I use a Epson r1400
im using the ink in the photo {edit: image removed by admin}
my heat press is the one in photo
and I use true pix paper
I tried dyesub paper as well but getting this problem with mugs ive printed
getting a tinge on peoples hair and the mug at rear should be like this
im more concerned with the tinge im getting fro people than the kids
birthday mug as im getting tinge on everything I print
any help would be highly welcome

That's cheap unlicensed Chinese ink.
Without an ICC for that ink and your 1400 printer your colours will not be right.
Either get some decent licensed ink (with an ICC) or get Paul from this forum to make you one.

i do not recomend use citylinexpress to create your profiles. from experience I know lot of customers contacting me for re creating icc profiles. cityinkexpress can create icc's for standard ink or pigment but not for sublimation. so before you pay them please ask if they can do that now.

I would always recommend Paul for getting your profile made, rather than City Ink. Paul knows sublimation inside out and has a lot of experience making profiles specifically for sublimation. Whereas City Ink are relative newcomers to reselling sublimation ink, along with all the rest of things that they resell with.
