reloading Ricoh software

senior moment here, as the computer is back after a hardware failure i need to reload the software for the Ricoh printer, but i cannot for the life of me remember, do i just download it off the internet for the sawgrass ink bit ?? cannot remember what on earth i did when it was new last year - anyone chat me through what needs putting on - and where from thanks

Hi Mrs Maggot,

Go here - http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/technical ... -documents - choose your printer, then operating system. You should get a set of instructions for downloading the drivers and installing them.
Did this with my 7700 recently. Seem to remember I needed to know the serial number on the back & which company I bought the printer from.

thanks Karen, i have just emailed them for a new number, and had some detail to give back to them, which i thought would all be stored somewhere, but it would appear not

I thought you had to have the Ricoh drivers installed first before you install the Sawgrass driver as it says something about not being able to find a certain file if you install the Sawgrass driver first? and that file is on the Ricoh install disk? Might be completely wrong here but thats what happened to me recently.

Yes i reinstalled all the ricoh drivers but obviously needed the install the sawgrass drivers as well, i got a new number for mine after a few emails all done now

right, i need to re-load everything again on another new printer but all of the downloads have gone - anyone got any idea where to find them, i have searched their pages, but all come up as page not found. its the Sawgrass profile i need

Download them and burn them all on to a CD/DVD or memory stick for future use.

yes sorted now and kept - it just threw me that sawgrass have changed their website since i loaded it on before
