New printer needed

I have the ricoh 3110 and are very happy with it.
To do some dark shirts i use this one and tranfer it on vinyl, but thats a lot of work. So im looking for an other way.
I read here at the forum about pigment inks on vinyl and transferpaper so i wanna try it. I wanna do some full color prints on cotton.
I see a printer at a3 format, the epson workforce wf7620dtwf. Is that a good printer to buy and are the standard inks pigment? Or can i better buy a color laser printer. I dont want the colors be gone after a couole of washes. It must be quality.
