Air sac for mugs

As some of you will know I hate spending money for no reason....but I am happy to spend money on the right stuff for the right reasons.

My packaging cost is low for single mugs to the general public, and whilst this is more expensive, it may be efficient time wise.
Note my mugs don't fit in the poly boxes or mug mailers!

So anybody tried this and / or what do you think?

This was talked about briefly a few months back.
We had some flat screen monitors delivered with air-sac protection, and was very impressed.
I did send air-sac an email regarding a few things, including some of their current products, and possibilities of custom ones for other products - never had a response. Also filled in the form on their website for a wholesale account but never heard back.
