Re: Light patches at the bottom and top corners
Try the pre heating but then you need to use less pressure not more, if you have it too tight the inks don't gas out correctly.

Re: Light patches at the bottom and top corners
Pre warm the bottom of the mug and try that first, then look at pressure, we had this when we had too much pressure.

Re: Light patches at the bottom and top corners
Try standing the mugs on a radiator so bottom heats a bit before pressing and check your pressure is not too tight.

<t>Thanks for that, yes we had the image on top of the board. We did leave the paper on though so will give this a try. Re: Money boxes cracking
<t>I tried phoning them and doing all the things they told me, this included turning the press on its side with the large hole facing up, had to wait for my husband to help as this is impossible to do on your own. It made no difference we still had the same ratio of damaged money boxes. Out of 38 I ...

I have 25 to get out in the next couple of days and am going to waste so many just getting enough good ones. I have tried playing with times and ...

Re: Money boxes cracking
<t>Hi did you get any luck with this? I am having the same problem, they were from Novachrome and out of 25 I have a third of them cracked. Phoned Novachrome and they told me to try pressing as a bone china mug, this just made the print fade and still had a couple crack. Anyone got any ideas please ...
