When I start up the printer, I get a SC 20200 error followed by a 20242 error. Anyone have experience with this?

Did you get this sorted? Everytime I switch my SG400 on it's a paper misfeed error, open top cover.

I do. Which is making me think that maybe the black cartridge is faulty? Because it just isn't printing any black at all.

If, by 3rd party inks, you mean some unknown brand from the likes of ebay, then it could well be the inks that are causing the problem. <br/>
