I think I inspect my mugs a little closer than most people since nobody has rejects. Rippled warped mugs, sharp ceramic on base, long scuffed patches left of handle, coating stains, number of other defects likely to cause a misprint. In general the quality control is poor. They print really well and don't require the base to be pre-heated, one of the better mugs for sure.brightday83;117669 wrote:People on the forum often rave about the Xpres mugs, have you had a bad exerience then Gary?
Is it usual for 75% of mugs to have dings/dents/imperfections in them?

I am guilty of inspecting mugs a bit too close myself, most imperfections I can live with but chips along the bottom of the mug and sharp bits I can't handle!

When you read competitors' feedback and customers complain about the quality of the mug, it's best to avoid the risk when selling online.

I have a box full of faulty Xpres mugs that i have gathered over the last few months. I will be using these for demos on social media rather than sending them back.
