Help needed mh721 cutter plotter

Hello all

I have a major problem with my mh721 the usb port got damaged (snapped off on the inside) so I have installed a serial port on my pc and I am now using the serial port but the cutter can not be found by the software, i am using flexisign and signblazer please help

u got your setting right for serial port as i heard they can be a right pain to setup
Also make sure u got it set to com 1

Thank you for the reply I have tried all the ports inc com1 still no luck

are you sure is under com 1 on your pc?? if so did you check in the production menager in flexi com is changes as well?

Yes made sure both settings were the same mh721 is a cheap cutter plotter
