The paper is probably not up to much I got 100 sheets for £8 from ebay. I sent you those charts yesterday so you will be able to see the quality for yourself when they arrive. The full size graphic is the one I uploaded in the first post 539x255

Not yet but the printer seems to be doing an OK job now ICM is turned off do you think the ICC profile would fix this?

Sorry slightly off topic I think the word stationary should be 'stationery'.

MartinX you are right, but I think he should be STATIONARY right now for reasons below.... LOL!!!

You have mentioned that the mugs and paper are cheapies from ebay and also the profile is not loaded yet.

My recommendation would be to get hold of some decent mugs and proper hard surface paper and wait for your profile. I think you will find that this will solve all your issues.

Yeah I think you're right I'll wait for the ICC profile and order some better paper. The mugs will have to do for now since I orderd 72 of them, rookie error LOL!

and haha it's not my logo but I'll be sure to let the guy know

your printer can print some colours now but dont know how to mix them to achieve proper colours :)

wait for your icc buddy and then see... but i would not expect to much as this colours on will be out of gamut any way :)

Hi PVC.

For this particular job I would still recommend you try and purchase half a dozen decent mugs. Personally I think that may be the biggest cause of the problem.
