On your working one have you ever had your fan shut off while your timer is running?

watch for a proper seal when using these machines - read on -

started machine and vaccum....all's well. then 1 min into sublimating, the dreaded farting sound from the machine....
i knew it was the seal.....it cant have ruined another silicon seal...

let machine finish..took out case, half baked = bin....

looked to see if the silicon had small tear anywhere....nope... - fired it back up....same again...WTH
opened it back up.....you know what it was ?...a sodding HAIR.....yep, a single hair....i said, no, cant be just that....fired it back up and another case....PERFECT
unreal a hair can stop the seal from working

answer to your question my friend - the other machine's fan had NEVER stopped when cooking a case until 2 days ago.....half way through, fan stopped...no point in carrying on...stopped, case buggered...switched off machine thinking another condenser away, but it fired back up again....phew !!!!

i am ordering 4 of these condenser things that drive the fan for backup....just in case its a (another) weak spot in the build

but, on the whole, now we know how to work this thing setting wise, it gives great results....mugs incl !
just to master the full wrap for the mugs around the handles and we got there - like someone else said, i to can get the print onto the actual handle, but need to find a way to get pressure onto it - print is to faded due to not enough weight behind it - thats this weekends job, if we got time

another update....
forget what i said above -
biggest piles of **** i have ever had the mis-pleasure of owning

the working one i have left....when i do 4 cases one after other...when it gets to right temp and i heat the timer button to start sublimation, the bloody thing conks out

so it cant handle sublimating 4 cases one after the other - what a complete waste of sodding money and time..

will get the spares in that i ordered, but i really dont know why its doing this now......
over heating ??? -
my verdict - DONT TOUCH EM WITH A BARGE POLE -

will email suplier AGAIN, and find out what the hell is going on now....will keep you guys posted as i know others have bought these machines

I think you need to face facts that you've been sold duff machines. You're giving very mixed messages about them ;-)

I was wondering if it was heat causing it to shut the fan off, really I think its been designed the wrong way round. All the components should be in the bottom and the tray should be at the top being as heat rises. Also although I fixed my back issue I have a mug that has blue, black and red writing on and the blue came out not as saturated as it should be so something else to tweek.

think this is more than a tweak ;-(
this is not good for a business - either i got 2 duffers like justin said, or these things are utter junk, when you consider the cost price of these importing them, you really have to wonder..
yet another email away to supplier - not as nice this time round.....
what we really need to think now is....what do we buy to replace these ???...cause these cannot be relyed on.....imaging if we had a run of cases in...NIGHTMARE.
as it is, we got 3 orders in tonight...so hopeing it will work tomorrow, when it cooled right down till we get these out the way....

I haven't had it do that, I have had it need to be turned off and on again before fan would kick in regardless of hitting the timer button.
